Creating an account is simple:

1. Visit our website or download the URD Play app
2. Click on "Sign Up"
3. Enter your mobile number and verify with OTP
4. Set a password and complete your profile
5. Choose a subscription plan or redeem a gift card

We accept all major payment methods including:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
• UPI Payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Wallet Payments
• URD Play Gift Cards

To redeem your URD Play gift card:

1. Log in to your URD Play account
2. Go to "Account" > "Redeem Gift Card"
3. Enter the 16-digit code from your gift card
4. Click "Redeem" - the amount will be added to your URD Play balance

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded any paid content
• If there's a technical issue that we can't resolve within 72 hours
• Duplicate or accidental purchases (must report within 24 hours)

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your URD Play account
2. Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscriptions"
3. Select your active subscription
4. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
